Enter all of your current information, including employees, risks, current controls, etc. Determine the necessary operational controls / procedures to complete your ISO management system.
Once your management system is established and ready to go, it's time to start taking action. Put the requirements into practice and start recording the evidence.
Track your results from implementing your management system, conduct internal audits, management reviews and take action to improve any areas that fell short.
Once you've completed all of these steps, you have completed the Plan-Do-Check-Act model for continual improvement. You're now ready for your Certification audits.
